Villa Vacations

Tropical Villa Vacations has established a new initiative in cooperation with travel agencies. Agents frequently booking with Tropical Villa Vacations have the opportunity to become Appointed Agents and, in agreement with the company, these agents post information, pictures and availability of the Villa Vacations’ properties on their official agency Web site. In return for their help, Villa Vacations offers these agents up to 15 percent commission, while 10 percent commission is offered to all other travel agents booking with the company.

Tropical Villa Vacations, through their property management agency, Tropical Villa Realty, provides vacation rentals primarily located in Hawaii on the island of Maui. Villas are located on prime beachfront property on Maui, including Wailea, Makena and Kaanapali beaches. In addition, Tropical Villa Vacations has several other properties on the other islands of Hawaii, in Los Cabos, Mexico, and one in British Columbia. Rates for the luxury homes range from $3,500 to $70,000 per week.

An advantage to booking with Tropical Villa Vacations is their innovative concierge service, which is included with every rental. The company was one of the first hospitality companies to supply complimentary and personalized in-house assistance, and the concierge services helps guest organize amenities like private chefs, catered dinners, connections with rental equipment providers, private guided excursions, car rentals and entertainment tickets, as well as many other benefits that families, couples and individuals may find convenient.

As the holidays approach, clients can take advantage of three properties available for booking on both Christmas and New Years, including two Hawaiian villas for an escape to warmer weather and a snowy escape in British Columbia. Additionally, clients looking to travel only over Christmas can take advantage of two properties and 15 properties are available for a New Year’s vacation.
