Lopesan Hotel Group has opened three new all-inclusive resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, marking the company’s largest Caribbean expansion to date. The $350 million project adds more than 1,000 rooms to the brand’s Dominican Republic portfolio, bringing its Punta Cana collection to four resorts.

Rather than operating as standalone properties, the new resorts function as a connected destination centered around The Boulevard, an open-air entertainment district featuring restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, an 820-seat theater and a casino. Guests staying at any of the three properties can access the shared amenities throughout the complex.

Each resort is designed for a different type of traveler. Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa & Casino offers 554 guestrooms centered around a 127-meter lagoon-style pool, along with cenote-inspired design, waterfalls and the new Lopesan Convention Center, which can host more than 2,000 attendees.

“This expansion marks a defining moment for Lopesan Hotel Group in the Caribbean and reflects our continued investment in Punta Cana as one of the region’s most important luxury travel destinations,” said Carlos Jimenez, regional director of Lopesan Caribbean. “We are incredibly proud to officially welcome our first guests and introduce a connected resort experience that brings a new perspective to the modern all-inclusive.”

For travel advisors, Lopesan offers the Lopesan Specialist Program through Travel Agent Academy, which provides product training on the brand’s resorts, the Unique Club premium experience, dining concepts, resort sharing privileges and key selling points to help advisors better match clients with the right property.
