When I was a kid, my parents purchased a recreational vehicle. My
sister and I were so excited that we insisted on sleeping in the RV
as it spent its first night in our driveway. Once inside, we were
transported from the San Fernando Valley to the wilderness conjured
up by our imaginations.
Our make-believe trip was no match for the real vacations we
were to take on the road. Plenty of time was spent exploring the
backroads of Northern California. Our family visited exquisite
sites in Gold Country, Tahoe and the Redwoods that we most likely
would never have seen without our RV.
Our mini-home on wheels provided the perfect opportunity for
family travel. It also allowed us the freedom and flexibility to
alter our plans at our whim. When your clients ask you to recommend
a unique vacation experience, don’t forget to suggest to them one
of America’s treasures: her miles and miles of beautiful, open
roads.
