In today’s fast-paced, sleep-deprived society, maintaining personal health is practically a full-time job. And for clients who want to keep themselves in tip-top shape on vacation, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is there to help. In 2008, the line will help clients achieve physical and mental well-being with two European voyages featuring celebrated nutritional counselor and life-extension specialist Dr. Oz Garcia. The doctor will host “Wellness and Balance With Oz Garcia” a special new Circles of Interest enrichment program offered by the cruise line.

Garcia
Known as the “nutritionist to the stars,” Garcia has been featured in Vogue, Self, Allure, The New York Times and Sports Illustrated. He has appeared on television programs like “20/20,” “48 Hours,” “The View” and “VH1 Rock Bodies,” and has worked with a variety of A-list stars. Now, clients can work directly with the best-selling author on the 700-guest, all-suite, all-balcony Seven Seas Voyager.

The first cruise departs on May 26 on a seven-day Adriatic/Greek Isles cruise to Corfu, Mykonos and Nafplion, Greece; plus Dubrovnik, Croatia; and Koper, Slovenia, before ending in Venice. On June 2, Seven Seas Voyager departs Venice for a seven-night journey to Korcula, Croatia; Sarande, Albania; Naxos, Sicily; Sorrento, Italy; and Civitavecchia (for Rome), Italy, concluding in Monte Carlo on June 9.

“We are pleased to provide Regent guests with personal access to Oz Garcia, a highly acclaimed wellness expert,” said Sophie Vlessing, vice president, customer strategy and marketing for Regent. “Our 2008 Circles of Interest programs continue to offer unparalleled experiences for Regent guests as they gain insight and enrich their lives through the pursuit of a wide variety of personal interests.”

The Cast of Disney's High School Musical 2.
Live the Dream

As part of Disney’s continuation of the Year of a Million Dreams celebration, tweens and teens can live their dreams of being a part of the popular Disney Channel movie, “High School Musical 2.” Inspired by the sequel to the first movie, the “High School Musical 2: School’s Out” show has come to life at Disney’s California Adventure.

“We’ve seen the amazing popularity of ‘High School Musical’ firsthand as our guests enthusiastically participate in the Pep Rally,” said Ed Grier, president of the Disneyland Resort. “Needless to say, ‘High School Musical 2’ now brings new opportunities for our guests to further engage in the ‘High School Musical’ phenomenon.”

The show, which debuted at Disney’s California Adventure on Aug. 18 following the debut of “High School Musical 2” on the Disney Channel, is also playing at the Disney Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Fla.
