The Conde Nast Traveler 2011 Readers’ Choice Awards has added a new category: river cruising. With the strong growth of both ship numbers and popularity experienced in the river cruise industry, the magazine created a separate river cruise category for the first time.
Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection took first place this year with a high score of 90.3. The Readers’ Choice Awards reflect the combined opinions of 28,876 Conde Nast Traveler readers and are listed in the magazine’s November 2011 issue as well as on its website.
