Riviera Travel continues to ramp up its river cruise fleet for the North American market with another Radiance-series vessel on its way for September 2027.
Riviera Reflection will be a sister ship to Riviera Radiance, which launched last year, and Riviera Resplendence, which is coming this summer. Reflection will navigate the Danube River, and its first bookings will go on sale on March 18.
“We are thrilled to introduce Riviera Reflection to the Riviera Travel fleet,” said Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel. “Riviera Radiance was the first ship to debut in the Radiance Class, and it has received an incredible response from both travelers and advisors. As we continue to enhance the Riviera Travel experience, we are proud to expand our fleet with a ship that truly embodies the spirit of refined travel.”
Design and Dining
Like Radiance and Resplendence before it, Reflection will showcase the signature split-level design of its vessel class: The front observation lounge is dramatically stacked above the main restaurant at an open vaulted atrium with an offset mezzanine deck and scenic bar stretching toward the bow.
Below the main dining room will be the Mosaic restaurant while a cafe will be located behind the ship’s staterooms and suites.
Accommodations
With the biggest suites in the fleet, the Radiance Class tops off Reflection’s 89 cabins with 344-square-foot Grand Suites on the Diamond Deck. These accommodations will feature a king-size bed, a separate living area and a private outdoor balcony. Superior Suites measuring 258 square feet will be available on the Diamond and Ruby decks with their own floor-to-ceiling French balconies and a living space with a sofa, a chair and a table.
Standard cabins will offer 172 square feet of space. Those on the Diamond and Ruby decks will offer a French balcony and an indoor seating area, and those on the Emerald Deck will have fixed windows.
Itineraries
The exact routes Reflection will sail will also be revealed on March 18.
“Riviera Reflection takes its name from the moments guests and travel advisors will remember long after their journeys end,” according to Riviera. “From sunsets over the Danube to the discovery of new cities, each onboard experience is designed to create lasting memories worth reflecting on.”
