The award-winning staff onboard every Viking ship is committed to making your clients’ journey special and truly unforgettable. Their meticulous attention to detail and heartfelt dedication adds warmth and a feeling of being at home when your clients travel with us. That’s why travelers named us the No. 1 river, ocean and expedition line with Conde Nast Traveler in the 2023 and 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards — contributing to more than 450 awards to our name.

Designed for the Thinking Person With No Children

We do not try to be all things to all people and do not cater to mass-market travelers. Instead, we focus on delivering meaningful experiences designed for the Thinking Person — mature clients, 55 and older, who are interested in history, culture and the arts. With no children or casinos onboard, your clients will experience the comfort and serene atmosphere for which we are known.

Privileged Access® Exclusive Experiences

Only with us can your clients experience the “real Downton Abbey” on an exclusive visit to Highclere Castle on a pre- or post-cruise extension, available on many of our river voyages. In addition, Privileged Access experiences provide guests once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to discover cultural treasures around the world. In Vienna, go behind the scenes with the world-renowned Vienna Boys’ Choir. In Prague, tour Lobkowicz Palace, a stately residence filled with priceless artifacts curated by one of the region’s most avid patrons of the arts. In Cologne, take a private tour to the top of Cologne Cathedral. These opportunities exemplify access only we can offer.

A Private Sanctuary on the River

Our small ships are designed to evoke the comfort of a floating hotel, offering serene and light-filled spaces with understated elegance — this is the Viking version of modern luxury. These intimate river vessels, developed by interior architects who have designed some of the world’s finest hotels, have all the features your clients expect, including all-outside staterooms, an expansive suite collection and the most alfresco dining on Europe’s rivers.

True Two-Room Suites & Thoughtful Staterooms

Our innovative approach to ship design and patented corridor configuration allows for a variety of stateroom choices. While others call one large room a “suite,” Viking Longships offer river cruising’s first-ever true two-room suites. Plus, our 445-square-foot Explorer Suites feature 270-degree wraparound balconies and are among the largest on Europe’s rivers, making it the most desirable way to explore. Additionally, every stateroom features thoughtful amenities such as heated bathroom floors, anti-fog mirrors and luxury bed linens. And on each ship, clients will find great attention to detail in accents such as leather handrails and original Nordic artwork.
