Wilderness Travel is putting the culinary scenes of South America on full display with its new Hidden Flavors of Peru & Bolivia itinerary. The 13-day journey begins in the Bolivian wine region of Tarija, continues on to the colonial towns of Sucre and Potosi and explores the innovate restaurant scene in La Paz. In Peru, highlights include food-focused exploration in Lima and Cusco and a picnic lunch at a private home in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Dates are available for 2027; prices vary.
Luxury adventure operator AndBeyond is introducing two new small-group photography trips to Chilean Patagonia. Taking place in the destination's most scenic seasons, autumn and winter, the journeys will each be led by an acclaimed photographer and limited to just eight guests. Patagonia in Winter: Photo Expedition with Guy Wenborne will take place Aug. 5-12, 2026, starting in Santiago, continuing on to Torres del Paine and then moving north to the Araucania region to photograph winter forests, volcanic landscapes and frozen lagoons. Or clients can join Patagonia in Autumn: Photo Expedition with Timothy Dhalleine from April 15-22, 2027, also departing out of Santiago. Highlights will include the autumnal colors of Torres del Paine, views over Grey Glacier, Lake Pehoe, Pucon and the Araucania region, plus a hands-on Adobe Lightroom session at AndBeyond Vira Vira Lodge. Riviera Travel has expanded its Grand Tour collection for 2027 with the new Grand Tour: A Taste of Italy & the Blue Danube Cruise, a 14-night combined land and river cruise experience. Travelers start in sun-drenched southern Italy, staying for seven nights in four-star hotels while enjoying guided experiences in Lecce, Matera, Bari and other towns. Next up is a seven-night river cruise along the Danube that makes stops in Vienna, Budapest and more. Dates vary; prices start at $6,749 per person.
Ireland expert CIE Tours is introducing two brand-new walking and hiking tours for 2026, with various departures from May through September. Groups are limited to a maximum of 16 guests, who will enjoy active days walking 2-6 miles at a comfortable pace over mostly gentle terrain. On the nine-day Ireland Walking & Hiking: The Northern Coast itinerary (which starts at $4,445 per person), travelers will explore the Slieve League cliffs, Glenveagh National Park, Giant’s Causeway and Glenveagh Castle. Highlights of the nine-day Ireland Walking & Hiking: Cork to Kerry trip (from $4,995 per person) include scenic hikes along the trails of Glengarriff and the Beara Peninsula, plus a visit to the Rock of Cashel, charming towns such as Dingle and immersive experiences including a soda bread-making demonstration.
Amid increasing interest in Belgium, Butterfield & Robinson has debuted a new limited-edition journey in the country, From Flanders to the Ardennes: Belgium by Bike & Beyond. Offered June 14-23 and June 28 to July 7, 2027, the itinerary will help guests explore by bike, private yacht and even restored World War II jeep, discovering the country's Flemish canals, medieval cities and Ardennes forests. Travelers will cycle through protected nature reserves, learn from local historians about WWI and WWII history, enjoy an after-hours visit to Van Eyck's "Adoration of the Mystic Lamb," be treated to special lunches at private homes and taste Belgian beer and wine. Along with a deep dive into Belgium, the tour also touches the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. Prices begin at $13,995 per person.
Asia Tours
For an ultra-luxury experience in Asia, Remote Lands and Aman have partnered on a collection of 2027 private-jet expeditions, including the 13-night Discover Southeast Asia trip. Guests on the journey stay at five Aman properties across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand, and take part in experiences including guided visits to Angkor’s temples in Cambodia, relaxation on the coast in Phuket, Thailand, and an intimate Laotian blessing ceremony. Trips depart in February and November 2027, starting at $113,888 per person.

The trips offer an immersive way to experience the destinations via Vespas, motorbikes and tuk tuks. Ride Cambodia spans eight days, taking in the temples of Siem Reap, the streets of Phnom Penh, UNESCO World Heritage Site Angkor Wat and more; departures start at $1,696. Highlights of the six-day Ride Vietnam trip include an evening Vespa food tour in Hoi An, a countryside ride, a motorbike tour of Da Nang's street food scene and more. Prices start at $1,200.
South Pacific Tours
Kensington is catering to families with new, customizable trips for multi-generational groups. A New Zealand Family Vacation, for example, combines a visit to the Hobbiton movie set with a cruise on Milford Sound and a jet boat ride on the Dart River. More highlights include the glowworm caves of Waitomo, geothermal activity at Wai-O-Tapu and a Maori cultural experience and feast. A sample 10-day itinerary starts at $6,711 per person, but trips are customized for each client.
For a unique adventure in Australia's Red Centre, Tasmanian Walking Company has introduced the five-day, fully guided Uluru–Kata Tjuta Signature Walk, an all-inclusive journey. The experience offers the rare chance for guests to stay overnight within Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park. Just 16 guests per departure cover 34 miles from Kata Tjuta to Uluru, through a striking desert landscape and a series of culturally significant sites, accessing areas not open to the general public. Accommodations include eco-sensitive camps and a private lodge within the national park. The itinerary, which was developed in collaboration with Anangu Traditional Owners, starts at approximately $3,600 per person.

Africa Tours
This year, Tauck introduced its nine-day Spotlight on South Africa and Victoria Falls trip. The itinerary starts with three nights in Cape Town, South Africa, followed by three nights in the Greater Kruger Area for wildlife spotting on game drives. Finally, guests spend two nights at Victoria Falls, including a visit to the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust clinic and an elephant encounter. Departure dates are available for both 2026 and 2027, with prices beginning at $9,990 per person.
North America Tours
G Adventures is now offering its first-ever trips to Dominica, under its premium active Geluxe travel style. On the eight-day Dominica: Waterfalls, Volcanic Peaks & Kalinago Culture tour, travelers explore the destination's diverse terrain, visiting waterfalls, exploring Cabrits National Park, snorkeling at Champagne Beach, having a cultural experience with the Kalinago people and more. Prices start at $3,499 per person. On the seven-day Dominica: Whales, Waterfalls & the Wild Caribbean trip, meanwhile, five days are dedicated to responsible whale encounters, giving guests the chance to swim with sperm whales in their natural habitat.
