La Cantera Hill Country Resort has announced new appointments to its food and beverage team following a multimillion-dollar transformation. The San Antonio resort, managed by Destination Hotels, will now feature nine new restaurants and bars.
William Primavera has been appointed as director of food and beverage operations. A 25-year veteran of the food and beverage industry, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort’s culinary concepts.
John Zaner has been appointed as director of culinary operations. With more than 30 years in the industry, Zaner will oversee product development for new menu items and will lead the resort’s culinary team.
Robert Carr has been appointed as executive chef of the resort’s variety of dining options, which will vary from small plates to conceptual dining experiences.
