Occidental Hotels & Resorts has appointed Teresa Alfonso as general manager for Occidental Grand Nuevo Vallarta, an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta. She has spent more than 10 years with Occidental Hotels & Resorts, previously managing a variety of properties throughout Mexico.
“Teresa has proven herself time and again as an incredibly valuable member of our team, and I am confident that she will continue to be a strong leader, enhancing both the product offering and guest experience at Occidental Grand Nuevo Vallarta,” said Jaime Buxo, managing director of Occidental Hotels & Resorts. “We have made recent, significant improvements to our property, including the new meeting room that will expand our event capacity to 300 people.
