From Dec. 3-6, Pleasant Holidays held its Elite Experience celebration at Mexico’s AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Maya hotel. Fifty top-producing agents and their guests, as well as select supplier partners and Pleasant Holidays sales team members, gathered for the year-end celebration, designed to showcase the company’s appreciation of its travel agent partners.
Throughout the event, agents enjoyed on- and off-site activities and entertainment, as well as a networking event that provided an in-depth exploration of several travel industry supplier partners. The celebration concluded with a Maya-themed gala that included dinner and live entertainment.
