Last month, Virtuoso brought together some 300 luxury travel executives for its 2022 Symposium, which took place onboard Silversea Cruises’ newest vessel, Silver Dawn, as a pre-inaugural cruise.
In an opening session at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, Matthew D. Upchurch, chairman and CEO of Virtuoso, delivered a keynote centered on a generational traveler study the company conducted. Onboard the five-day sailing from Lisbon, attendees from 35 countries participated in networking, roundtable discussions and relationship-building experiences. Business content focused on modern traveler habits and future opportunities for the luxury travel market.
Virtuoso also announced the details of its next Symposium, which will take place in Montreal, Canada, from May 17-21, 2023.
