Location and History

Located in Miami Beach's hipster heartland, wedged in between the Raleigh and more demure Kimpton Surfcomber, this is not a hotel. Inspired by Magritte's famous painting Ceci n'est pas une pipe, the SLS is a modern Shakespearean stage for today's Romeos, Juliets and Richard IIIs, whose narcissistic tendencies are exceeded only by their ability to spend cold hard cash.
