ALG Vacations has launched its Friends & Family event, a September initiative targeting travel advisors with expanded rewards and support tools as the company builds on Travel Advisor Appreciation Month activities.

The campaign includes more than 100 giveaways ranging from $10,000 in cash prizes to content creation kits, wellness-focused "Kindness Kits" and other recognition items. The tour operator, which serves 2.6 million passengers annually as part of Hyatt, positions the event as part of its year-round advisor partnership approach.

Travel advisors participating in the campaign can access enhanced earning opportunities through the end of the booking period. The company is offering double base Waves Points on qualifying bookings, providing advisors with 10 base points for every $40 booked on air-inclusive packages and four base points on land-only packages at select hotels. These enhanced points apply to bookings made through Oct. 2, 2025 , for travel through Dec. 15, 2026.

Additionally, advisors can earn double Elite Revenue on bookings made through Oct. 2, 2025. This enhancement helps agencies progress toward higher Elite tiers for 2026 based on 2025 travel.

"Advisors are more than partners, they're family to us," said Jacki Marks, global head of trade brands at ALG Vacations. "This event is about giving them the recognition, tools and support they deserve, not just during moments of celebration, but in the day-to-day of running and growing their business."

The Friends & Family event runs throughout September, with the company indicating additional promotions and tools are planned for the remainder of 2025 to support year-end goals and 2026 preparation.
