New Deals and Discounts for Tours to Asia

As 2011 approaches, tour operators to Asia are releasing new and exclusive travel itineraries and packages to several popular destinations. Affordable prices and attractive perks are now available for the holiday season, extending well into the New Year.

Ritz Tours’ Early Booking Offer
Asia specialist Ritz Tours is offering an Early Booking Offer that gives clients significant discounts on select packages. Its 13-day Majestic China Panorama, for example, visits Beijing, Xian, Guilin, Shanghai and Hong Kong and is priced from $3,799 per person, based on double occupancy. With Ritz’s Early Booking Offer, clients receive $500 off this package per couple. The nine-day China Discovery tour, starting at $1,199 per person, based on double occupancy, gives couples a $200 discount for early booking. Lastly, Tantalizing Thailand, a 15-day tour of Bangkok, Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai, is priced from $1,854 per person, based on double occupancy, with a $100 savings for couples who book early.

The Early Booking Offer is available on bookings made and deposited by Dec. 17 and is valid for programs with departure dates between March and December 2011. Ritz Tours is also offering agents a 12 percent commission in conjunction with the Early Booking Offer.

Egypt, India and Dubai Added to Ritz’s Repertoire
Ritz Tours also recently launched tours to Egypt, India and Dubai starting in January 2011 with year-round departures. The Egypt and Dubai Series includes four brand-new packages with tours ranging from 10 to12 days in length and rates starting at $2,199 per person, based on double occupancy. Travelers can journey through the two counties’ major cities and cruise down the iconic Nile River.

The India and Dubai Series also includes a variety of packages from which to choose. Trips are as short as eight days and as long as 16; package rates start at $1,799 per person, based on double occupancy.

All Egypt, Dubai and India travel packages from Ritz include international airfare and fuel charges; luxury hotel accommodations; choice local cuisine; sightseeing excursions; special cultural experiences; and travel insurance. Ritz Tours’ Early Booking Offer is also applicable for these trips, giving travelers discounts of up to $200 off per couple on bookings made and deposited by Dec. 17.

Pacific Delight Tours Offers Spirit of Japan Escapade Experience
Pacific Delight Tours is now offering new rates for its 10-day Spirit of Japan Escape Experience. The tour package is now priced at $3,400 per person, based on double occupancy, representing a savings of $400 per couple. The trip offers an in-depth exploration of Japan including such cities as Tokyo, Nagoya, Takayama, Shirakawago Village, Kanazawa and Kyoto. The escorted tour package includes air conditioned intra-Japan transportation; sightseeing excursions; first-class hotel accommodations; a special cruise on Lake Ashi; daily American breakfast; and meals per itinerary. The new rates apply exclusively to arrival dates that take place between April and June 2011, and reservations must be booked and deposited by Dec. 31. Pacific Delight Tours is also offering two special international airfare deals for an additional cost; the first will be offered until April 2011, and the second will be available from May 2011 through March 2012.

China Experience Presents Fall and Winter Specials
China Experience, a Pacific Delight Tours company, is offering three different travel packages to China for the fall and winter season. For $1,299 per person, based on double occupancy, clients can book a 10-day excursion covering such popular Chinese destinations as Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. The tour code is CE10NC10.

The 11-day package, touring Shanghai and Beijing, also provides a Yangtze River cruise experience and is priced at $1,399 per person, based on double occupancy. The tour code is CE10VU11.

Additionally, for a 14-day exploration of Shanghai and Beijing and a Yangtze River cruise, rates are priced from $1,999 per person based, on double occupancy. The tour code is CE10VU14.
All packages include international airfare from Los Angeles International Airport, fuel surcharges, intra-China flights, sightseeing excursions, five-star and deluxe hotel accommodations, daily American breakfasts and meals per itinerary.

Free Deck Upgrade for Silver Experience Tours
Pacific Delight Tours is also offering a 12-day tour of historic Chinese cities including Shanghai, Beijing and Xian, in addition to a Yangtze River cruise with Its China/Yangtze River Cruise Silver Experience Tour Package. For arrival dates for 2010 or 2011, clients will receive a free deck upgrade onboard a five-star Victoria Cruises vessel. The upgrade includes executive lounge service and reserved seating in the dining room and at performances. The tour is priced from $1,899 per person, based on double occupancy, and agents should use tour code T1YS12VU at the time of booking. Tickets must be booked and deposited by Dec. 31.

Friendly Planet Travel Offers Exotic Trips to Borneo and Bangkok
Tour Operator Friendly Planet is helping travelers visit two of Malaysia’s most exotic destinations — Borneo and Bangkok — for rates as low as $1,799 per person, based on double occupancy. The 11-day tour package includes roundtrip airfare departing from Los Angeles; deluxe hotel accommodations; local transfers; daily breakfast; several lunches; and escorted tours. Tickets must be reserved by Dec. 8.

Clients interested in prolonging their stay can book a pre- or post-tour extension that features trips to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, and to the remote beaches of Phuket, Thailand, starting at $199 and $550 respectively. Both extension specials include deluxe hotel accommodations and local transfers.

Pan Pacific Journeys Extends India Tours and Prices
Pan Pacific Journeys now offers new tours arriving to India weekly and is offering more affordable prices from November to Dec. 20, 2010, and again from Jan. 5 to Dec. 20, 2011. Clients can book its eight-day Deluxe Golden Triangle tour through Delhi, Agra and Jaipur starting at $1,480 per person, based on double occupancy.

Starting at $2,445 per person, based on double occupancy, is Pan Pacific Journey’s nine-day Classical India Journey, which visits Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Khajuraho and Varanasi. There is also an 11-day Deluxe Rajasthan Journey with rates beginning at $3,180 per person, based on double occupancy, touring Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur and Udaipur, as well as visiting iconic attractions including Lake Palace Hotel and the Taj Mahal. Lastly, the Kerala Delight package, another 11-day tour, visits Cochin, Kumarakom, Aleppey, Kunayakumari and Kovalam. Rates for this tour begin at $1,800 per person, based on double occupancy. Single supplements are offered for all four packages and international airfare is also available for discounted rates.

Greaves Offers a Nagaur Sufi Music Festival Itinerary to India
In celebration of the music, dance and poetry of the Sufi, Greaves Tours is presenting a six-day Nagaur Sufi Music Festival group tour to India. Priced at $2,299 per person, based on double occupancy, the tour will be limited to 20 people and will take place from Feb. 16-21, 2011. The tour includes: domestic flights within India via Jet Airways or Air India; dinner and drinks with the Maharaja of Jodhpur; passes to the Sufi festival; museum tours; excursions via air-conditioned private cars; and sightseeing excursions.
