Fiji Airways has introduced a new Pacific Rim menu for its Business Class passengers, featuring on-demand dining service and seasonal dishes inspired by Fijian and regional Pacific cuisine. The airline has also refreshed its Economy Class offerings with enhanced meal presentations and service improvements.

The new Business Class menu operates on a restaurant-style service model, allowing passengers to choose when and what they eat during their flight. The rotating selection incorporates flavors from Southeast Asia, contemporary Australia and the Pacific Islands, while featuring local Fijian ingredients sourced sustainably.

Business Class passengers can select from dishes including grilled mahi mahi with prawn chilli oil served with corn coriander cake and lime marmalade, and hamachi crudo with octopus and ponzu garnished with Fijian nama (sea grapes) and fresh herbs. Other menu items include Fijian chicken curry prepared with coconut and inspired by Indo-Fijian traditions, roasted cauliflower with pacific greens and garlic cream as a plant-based option, salted chocolate creme with pistachio and caramelized banana and kumquat cheesecake.
