Wrapping up its latest series of Oceania Vista previews, Oceania Cruises has now revealed the new look of the ship’s library and top-tier suites, both of which will feature designs by Ralph Lauren Home.
“The Owner’s Suites and Library are signature elements of our brand, and having them styled exclusively in Ralph Lauren Home elevates them into truly iconic spaces,” said Bob Binder, president and CEO of Oceania, in a press release. “Everything from the furnishings to the accessories and artwork is meant to envelop our guests in style and comfort, creating the ultimate feeling of home.”
Positioned on the top deck of the ship as a scenic glass-sided venue, the Library will be the first to feature furnishings and artwork from the interior designer. The resulting space will foster relaxation and coveted quiet time and exhibit polished nickel sconces and chandeliers, as well as sepia equestrian art. Also, just next door will be Baristas and the Bakery for guests to grab a gourmet coffee and French and Italian pastries.
As for the best in private accommodations, a total of three Owner’s Suites, each measuring in at 2,400 square feet, will occupy the entire width of the ship. Described by the line as the “ultimate seagoing estates,” the panoramic category will showcase a double-door entry; a grand foyer; a dedicated dining room with a floor-to-ceiling, bow-shaped glass wall; a cocktail bar; a contemporary and nautically furnished living room; and a traditional teak veranda.
The master bedroom will tout a king-size mattress, walk-in closets, a bathroom with a soaking tub and a sea-view shower, plus a secondary veranda.
Vista is scheduled to launch in April 2023. Inaugural itineraries, traversing more than 24 countries across four continents, will be available to book on Sept. 15, 2021.
