HX Expeditions launched its largest travel agent incentive program, offering free expedition cruises to advisors who book three clients during a four-month sales period.

The "Sell 3 – Sail for Free" campaign runs from July 1 through Oct. 31. Travel agents who make three new deposited bookings on eligible HX expedition cruises will earn a complimentary cruise for two adults on a 2026 voyage lasting 12 nights or fewer.

HX will award 130 prize places worldwide, representing 65 cabins for two adults each. The company said the initiative celebrates its 130th anniversary as an expedition cruise operator.

"This is truly an exciting year for HX," said Steve Smotrys, managing director and senior vice president of commercial for the Americas. "We're introducing the largest and most exciting trade incentive in our history — a reflection of the strong, long-standing partnerships we've built with the travel trade."

Eligible bookings include new individual travel bookings on HX voyages departing in 2025, 2026 or 2027. Group bookings, interline bookings and agent rate bookings do not qualify for the program.

Agents must submit their bookings through an official entry form by Nov. 7, 2025, via their local business-to-business portal. Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on voyage availability and can choose from a curated list of eligible 2026 expeditions.

The program limits one prize per individual agent. Flights are not included with the complimentary cruise.

HX said the campaign is part of several trade-focused investments, including a new co-branded marketing platform through Approach Guides and an expanded Americas sales team.

Travel agents can find full terms and conditions and view eligible expedition cruises at agentportal.travelhx.com. For bookings, agents can call (866) 312-6791 or email [email protected].
