Oceania Cruises has launched an updated version of its advisor training program, now called Oceania Insiders University. The platform was previously known as Oceania Cruises University.

The free e-learning platform features self-guided modules covering key aspects of the cruise line's offerings. The program is structured in three levels: Core, Bachelors and Masters. Module topics include The Finest Cuisine at Sea, Award-Winning Itineraries, Oceania Club Loyalty Program and Building Group Business.

"Travel advisors are vital to both our business and our guests, and with this e-learning platform it ensures they excel at providing outstanding service," said Brennan Quesnele, senior vice president of sales and trade marketing for North America. "We encourage any advisor to leverage the continuing education provided within Oceania Insiders University so that they can build brand confidence and reap the rewards of certification."

The platform guides advisors through three steps: engaging with videos and interactive modules to build brand knowledge, developing expertise on Oceania Cruises' products and using that knowledge to improve sales performance.

Advisors who complete all three certification levels and make three bookings can earn up to $750 in gift card rewards.

In addition to the training modules, Oceania Cruises provides advisors with access to the Oceania Cruises Travel Advisor Center. This resource includes marketing brochures and materials, voyage calendars, a booking dashboard, sales team contact information and other tools.
