Backroads Offers Nearly 450 Family Summer Departures

This year, active tour operator Backroads is offering almost 450 different family-friendly summer departures around the world and has recently hired about 200 new trip leaders and assistants to help guide travelers. Families have a variety of different trips to choose from, whether it be hiking in the Alaskan wilderness or biking along the coast of Spain.

Aside from its regular family trips, Backroads is also offering Family Breakaway Trips for those traveling with children ages 17 and older, with excursions and activities specifically designed for that age group.
