Intrepid Travel Doubles Its Family Tours for 2017

Intrepid Travel is putting families at the forefront with the announcement that it is doubling its famly-themed tours for 2017. Tours will fall into two new styles of travel: Comfort and Active. With a total of 48 itineraries — more than 20 of them new this year — the tour operator hopes to answer the increasing demand for multigenerational travel.

Adventure seekers may enjoy the Thailand Family Holiday trip, where they will visit Chiang Mai’s Elephant Nature Park, the seven levels of Erawan Falls and the coastal town of Hua Hin.

On the Namibia & Botswana Family Adventure, groups will witness the stunning landscape of Sossusvlei, climb the sand dune known as “Dune 45” and see Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.
