It’s that time of the year again — on Wednesday, April 13, the editors behind TravelAge West and Family Getaways magazines will team up with sister publication Travel Weekly for a family-travel #TWChats in the company of travel advisors, suppliers, writers, bloggers, travelers and more.
The one-hour Twitter chat will focus on family travel trends straight out of the pages of the April 11 issue of Family Getaways. Expect discussions ranging from under-the-radar kid-friendly destinations and exciting theme park updates to top tips for selling to this booming market.
The Twitter chat will take place on Wednesday, April 13, at 12 p.m. PST/3 p.m. EST. Also, be sure to check out the April 11 Family Getaways issue for fresh ideas and inspiration to add to the lively conversation. You can find all Family Getaways stories here.

How to Participate in the Chat:
1. Follow @TravelAgeWest (the staff behind Family Getaways) and other participants, such as @TWTravelNews, on Twitter. We will be tweeting out new questions approximately every five minutes, using the hashtag #TWChats.
2. Create a search stream on Twitter.com or a social media tool, such as Hootsuite, for #TWChats. This will allow you to better follow along with the conversation in real time.
3. Participate! Respond to questions, retweet questions and answers, post related photos, etc. — in short, share what you know and what you find useful. Don’t forget to use the #TWChats hashtag in all tweets related to the family travel chat.
