The room-and-car option provides use of an economy rental car, while the room-and-breakfast deal gives clients daily breakfast for two at the hotel’s Canoes at the Ilikai restaurant.

The 783-room Renaissance Ilikai wrapped up a $27 million renovation in March 2002. Facilities include two pools, a fitness center, tennis court, restaurants and 15 shops. Call 800-468-3571.

Launched this year, the incentive plan provides travel agents with one point for every booking of five or more paid nights at a hotel in the Prince chain.

Participating resorts include Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on The Big Island, Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki on Oahu and Maui Prince Hotel in Makena Resort.

One Plumeria point earns agents such awards as a one-night stay, one round of golf or buffet breakfast for two at a Prince property in Hawaii. With four points, agents can take part in a seafood fest or a clambake on The Big Island.

Five points provides them with suite accommodations for one night. When agents fill out and submit amenity forms, Prince will provide arriving clients with gifts on the agents’ behalf.

Agents can enroll in the Plumeria Rewards program and receive amenity order forms and award redemption forms at princeresortshawaii.com/travelagents. Call 866-788-5138.

Hyatt Promos Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa is making a play for golfers, families and couples with its 2003 package promotions.

Four-night golf packages provide clients with unlimited golf for two players on Kaanapali Resort’s North and South courses, including greens fees and cart use. Guests also get welcome golf gift baskets. Rates start at $1,094 per person, double.

For families, Hyatt Maui is offering 50% off a second room for kids ages 18 and younger. The family plan with terrace accommodations starts at $315 for the first room and $157.50 for the second. Hyatt Maui’s children’s menus feature items for $7 or less, and guests ages 3 and younger eat free at the hotel’s Swan Court restaurant and Drums of the Pacific luau.

Hyatt’s vow renewal packages range from $1,150 to $1,750. Each couple receives a choice of settings for the ceremony, from a private gazebo to Oriental gardens. For an additional charge, clients can request special touches such as a dove or butterfly release. Call 800-55-HYATT.

Club Kids For the upcoming holidays, Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort is presenting a children’s program with all the trimmings.

Available from Dec. 21 to Jan. 4, 2003, Keiki Club for guests 5 to 12 runs daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program with lunch costs $50 per person; half days with lunch are $40; and half days without lunch are $30.

On Mondays, youngsters learn about Hawaiian legends through puppets and take part in cookie decorating. Tuesday’s theme instructs kids on how to create their own smoking, lava-filled volcanoes. Wednesdays and Thursdays bring Hawaiian crafts and games, with lei making and hula dancing on Fridays. Kids go on resort scavenger hunts on Saturdays and make shell crafts on Sundays.

The 1,310-room Waikiki Beach Marriott recently completed a $60 million renovation. Call 800-367-5370.
