Spain-based hotelier, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, recently signed an agreement with actor Antonio Banderas instating him as the new face of the brand for the next three years. Iberostar’s new marketing campaign featuring Banderas recently debuted during an international press conference at the brand’s Grand Hotel Paraiso in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. The theme for the new campaign is “On Vacation Everyone is a Star,” and advertising will commence in print, broadcast and online in Iberostar’s largest markets — Spain and the U.S.
In regards to the new agreement, Banderas said, “This partnership has developed in a very natural way: Iberostar is a brand with a large international presence and corresponding prestige. I share their values, their philosophy and, of course, their understanding of vacations, which at the end of the day is most important.”
