Grace Bay Club, a five-star luxury hotel on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, has announced the addition of pop-up restaurant Jars on Grace Bay. The restaurant features an innovative culinary concept where the entire food and beverage menu is served in jars of various shapes and sizes. All diners at the open-air, beachside restaurant sit at a 30-foot-long communal table.
Menu highlights at Jars on Grace Bay include dishes such as chilled yellow and red tomato gazpacho with a Manchego scone and spiny lobster ramen with ginger pasta and snow peas in sesame broth. The handcrafted cocktail selection includes the Torrontes mojito, a bold, island-inspired blend of rum, lime and mint topped with Torrontes wine.
Jars on Grace Bay is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.. It is expected to close sometime in June.
