Tauck Operates First Tour Departures Since COVID-19 Outbreak

Tauck recently completed its first tour departures since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, with the resumption of its Wonderland: Yellowstone in Winter itinerary.

The operational restart includes comprehensive new health and safety protocols — instituted across all of Tauck’s 2021 tours and cruises — such as the mandatory use of masks, social distancing, enhanced cleaning and disinfection and a health screening form for guests. Even with the added precautions, guest feedback for the trips was positive, and satisfaction scores were consistent with those from prior years. More Yellowstone in Winter departures are scheduled for this month.

“It’s clear that we’re fully capable of delivering a Tauck-level experience while remaining diligent about our guests’ health and safety,” said Jeremy Palmer, senior vice president for Tauck Land Journeys.
