ALG Vacations (ALGV) has launched a new technology aimed at revolutionizing group bookings, offering travel advisors new customization capabilities.

The new technology, an extension of the existing GroupEase, will allow advisors to swiftly create personalized event pages tailored to groups of any size within minutes, hosted on a dedicated one-page website.

With automation, templates, and tools, the process is streamlined, allowing advisors to effortlessly cater to the unique requirements of each group, according to Jacki Marks, Global Head of Trade Brands for ALGV.

"Customized event pages for groups of any size were at the top of many lists. But we took it a step further to also provide advisors with additional tools to protect and manage the group's profitability,” she said.

Customized event pages for groups of any size were at the top of many lists. But we took it a step further to also provide advisors with additional tools to protect and manage the group's profitability.

Benefits of ALGV’s New Technology

Clients can gain autonomy with the ability to independently book directly from the event page, securing their spots at their convenience. Advisors receive automated email notifications of new bookings and can easily manage group bookings through the VAX Groups Dashboard.

Moreover, each booking made through the custom event page contributes towards commissions, ALGV loyalty status, rewards, and more, enhancing profitability for advisors. The inclusion of agency terms and fees provides additional protection and profitability.

Customization Offerings

The platform's customization options extend to branding, with advisors able to personalize event pages with their agency logo, information and messaging. This fosters stronger connections with clients and enhances brand visibility.

The technology also streamlines communication, with a dedicated hub facilitating seamless sharing of trip information and details among advisors and group leaders. Advisors can further enhance event pages with features such as event schedules and external links, providing comprehensive information to clients.

Resources and support for setting up custom event pages are available through ALGV.
