Pleasant Holidays Unveils New Brand Portfolio to Better Serve Travel Advisors

Pleasant Holidays has announced a major company restructuring under the A | T Collective holding company, marking a strategic reintroduction of its brand portfolio designed to enhance service for travel advisors and their clients.

The goal of this transformation is to streamline the company’s services, update its technology and enhance its ability to serve the needs of travel advisors, says David Hu, president and CEO of Pleasant Holidays.

“The emerging result is more than the sum of its parts, with a singular focus on providing the utmost in service to travel advisors so they can continue to earn their clients’ business and trust,” Hu said.

Under this refreshed structure, Pleasant Holidays remains the flagship brand, continuing to provide vacation packages to travel advisors, agencies and consortia nationwide.

The company also introduced Member First, a new division dedicated to exclusively focusing on services for AAA Travel, and Pleasant Activities as its destination services provider for tours, transportation, activities and hotel concierge services.

Both Pleasant Holidays and Member First will offer group travel services for events of 10 rooms or more, boutique group services for five rooms or more, destination weddings and honeymoons.

Introducing Evoke | Inspire

Also coming soon is an invitation-only soft launch of Evoke | Inspire, a brand designed to set a new standard in handcrafted travel experiences for discerning travelers. Partnering with luxury travel advisors, the brand aims to deliver personalized service, combining quiet luxury with bold adventure. Evoke | Inspire’s signature collection showcases a portfolio of hotels, private villas, yachts, jets and rail journeys with 24/7 U.S.-based concierge support.

Journese will continue to accept bookings until March 31, 2026, for travel anytime.
