The twice-yearly restaurant promotion Dine About Town San Francisco is back for its 10th year from June 1-15. More than 100 San Francisco restaurants will participate in this event by offering choices of two-course lunch menus for $17.95 or three-course dinner menus for $34.95. Dates and times of participation vary by restaurant and reservations are encouraged.
“The Fact that Dine About Town has been going strong for 10 years is a reflection on both the consistently excellent quality of the restaurants in San Francisco and the value of the prix fixe program,” said Joe D’Allesandro, president and CEO of the San Francisco Travel Association.
Restaurants that have participated since the first Dine About Town promotion in 2002 include a wide range of places that will please any visitor’s taste buds, such as Ana Mandara, AsiaSF, Cliff House, E&O Trading Company, Forbes Island, Hornblower and Scoma. New restaurants to make its debut in the June promotion also include Comstock Saloon, Hana Zen Sushi & Yakitori Bar, Kuleto’s Italian Restaurant, Marlowe, and Sociale and Velvet Room at the Clift Hotel. The complete list restaurant list for Dine About Town San Francisco will be posted on San Francisco’s official visitor website beginning May 1.
