As Seen on TV

Feb 14, 2013
In time for the Golden Globes, The Beverly Hilton hosted a fam trip for its top meeting planners over the weekend of Jan. 11–13, treating them to an indulgent, glamorous, quintessentially Los Angeles experience.

The Beverly Hilton welcomed the meeting planners to the city with dinner at Lisa Vanderpump’s refurnished Sur Restaurant in West Hollywood. Saturday opened at The Beverly Hilton with breakfast, followed by spa treatments at the hotel’s Aqua Star Spa. After a VIP tour of Beverly Hills hosted by TMZ and lunch at The Ivy, a famous Beverly Hills star-spotting site, the group was treated to VIP personal shopping experiences at Kyle by Alene Too on Brighton Way. Manicures and pedicures put a finishing touch of luxury on the afternoon, and afterward the group dined at The Penthouse at Mastro’s Beverly Hills for an evening dubbed “A Mid-Century Affair.”

Sunday was dedicated to the Golden Globes. Red Carpet preparation began right after breakfast with elegant grooming: The Art of Shaving Beverly Hills for men and professional makeup and hair styling for women. Once everyone was ready, a Golden Globes Red Carpet Experience was followed by dinner, drinks and a private VIP viewing party to watch the live broadcast of the awards. To cap the evening and the weekend in celebration, everyone headed to a VIP After Award Show and cocktail party in The Beverly Hilton’s lobby bar.
