Kasey Austin was promoted to vice president of operations of Austin-Lehman Adventures. Recently she held the position as field operations liaison where she oversaw the orchestration of guides and subcontractors of the brand on a total of five continents and in 40 domestic and international destinations. With her new position, she will now lead the company’s Guide Quality Control Program domestically and globally along with becoming the primary contact and liaison for guides.
