With the retirement of George Applegate, the Big Island Visitors Bureau (BIVB) has named Ross Birch to succeed him as executive director.
Most recently, Birch served as general manager of Makalei Golf Club. In his new position, Birch will be responsible for overseeing BIVB’s marketing and associated programs impacting the island’s visitor industry.
