Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has appointed Mike DeFrino as the new chief operating officer of the company. DeFrino has spent 16 years with Kimpton, most recently serving as executive vice president of hotel operations.
“[DeFrino’s] track record of success in our hotel division coupled with his roots in the restaurant business … makes him the best person for the job,” said Mike Depatie, chief executive officer of Kimpton.
