Miraval Resort & Spa in Tucson, Ariz., has named Michael G. Tompkins the new CEO. Tompkins will oversee all general resort operations, create Miraval programming and manage the overall growth and development of the brand. Tompkins most recently served as Miraval’s president and general manager.

Tompkins has led significant projects at Miraval such as the Miraval Life in Balance Spa with Clarins, the Andrew Weil, M.D. Integrated Wellness Center and The Villas at Miraval.
