Offer Nissenbaum, managing director of The Peninsula Beverly Hills, has been named chairman of the board of the Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau (BHCVB). Through June 30, 2013, Nissenbaum will manage the organization’s strategic direction and direct all meetings of its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He will also serve as the BHCVB’s liaison with the mayor of Beverly Hills, the City Council and the city staff as well as oversee the launch of the first-ever Beverly Hills Visitor Center.
“Offer possesses hospitality-industry knowledge and expertise in the luxury market, as well as an understanding of our dynamic, world-renowned destination,” said Julie Wagner, BHCVB executive director.
