During its annual Owners’ Meeting, Signature Travel Network announced new initiatives and celebrated its record year.
Signature president Michelle Morgan announced increased membership, with 18 new members and 30 new locations, totaling 202 members across 375 locations. Morgan also revealed that members reported a 19 percent year-on-year revenue growth. Members identified groups, multigenerational travel and retiring baby boomers as sources for increased business.
“Signature’s focus in 2012 will be to concentrate on implementation, training and helping members exploit our existing arsenal of tools,” said Morgan.
Key iniatives discussed included Signature's expanded Food Network travel program and the launch of The Pocket Travel Consultant mobile app, which features trip-planning resources for members to use with clients.
