Silversea Cruises has announced three new promotions within its sales team. Kim Guimaraes has been promoted to vice president of national account sales for the Americas. Kris Endreson has been promoted to vice president of field sales for the U.S. and Canada. Phil Flad has been named regional sales director for the Eastern U.S.
