Viceroy Hotel Group has appointed Alex Novo as general manager of Viceroy Miami. The 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry was most recently regional vice president of operations for Trust Hospitality.
“In a time when Miami is experiencing tremendous growth and redevelopment, we need strong leadership at Viceroy Miami to ensure the hotel continually evolves and stays ahead of the curve," said Mike Walsh, senior vice president of hotel operations for Viceroy Hotel Group. "Alex's proven track record and understanding of the South Florida market makes him ideal for the position.
