Rising stars of the travel industry came together in Los Cabos, Mexico, from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1 for TravelAge West’s Future Leaders in Travel Retreat. Held at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, the event brought together travel advisors and supplier partners between the ages of 22-37 to engage in workshops, discussions, business appointments and other professional development, with the goal of creating lasting and impactful relationships.
In addition to attending valuable networking opportunities and memorable evening events, participants joined collaborative sessions such as a small-group problem-solving workshop, industry panels, a think tank, a sales workshop and more content designed to help advisors and suppliers boost business and learn from each other. The final day included an off-site excursion in Los Cabos for local discovery.
The next Future Leaders in Travel Retreat will take place Aug. 27-30, 2023, at Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Rose Hall in Jamaica.
