InteleTravel, a global travel distribution group and host agency, has launched a new mobile app called IntelePro, which allows travel advisors to manage client bookings and work remotely.

IntelePro offers the same comprehensive booking options and trip management features as InteleTravel's desktop booking engine. Advisors can book flights, accommodations, rental cars and events for clients; access personalized reporting dashboards; and manage itineraries.

"The days of stagnant offices are over, and almost everything has adapted to an on-the-go lifestyle,” said James Ferrara, president of InteleTravel. “Our IntelePro app will allow our advisors to book travel and build their business from anywhere. As a host agency, we understand how vital visiting new places and traveling are to people, and now our advisors can do just that while still staying on top of business."

The app is available for both Apple and Android devices. Developed in-house, IntelePro saw more than 10,000 downloads on its first day of release. By the end of July, a month after launch, downloads had reached 23,332, representing nearly a quarter of the agency's 100,000-plus registered advisors.

IntelePro is integrated with the agency’s IntelePerks rewards program for advisors. In the first month following the launch, 3.6 million points were awarded through the app.

InteleTravel also plans to launch a customer-focused mobile app by the end of 2024, which will allow travelers to check their bookings and itineraries on their mobile devices.
