Xanterra Parks & Resorts recently announced its acquisition of Holiday Vacations, a tour operator providing hundreds of itineraries to 65 domestic and international destinations worldwide. This acquisition is one of the many recent transactions from Xanterra, known as the largest concessioner in national parks. In recent years, it has also acquired VBT Bicycling and Walking Vacations, Austin Adventures and Country Walkers.
