Northstar Travel Media (NTM) has acquired the majority of stock in Inntopia, an online e-commerce software business based in Stowe, Vt. Inntopia is an advanced booking tool serving the mountain travel and ski resort industry, primarily. The founder, president and CEO of the company, Trevor Crist, will retain most of his current ownership as a substantial minority investor. The acquisition is NTM’s fourth transaction this year, and will allow the company to offer its clients software solutions to directly connect buyers with their offerings.
