Trails of Indochina is offering Mekong River cruises onboard the Jayavarman and the Jahan with three-, four- or eight-day journeys between My Tho and Siem Reap.
Cruises begin in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), the Vietnam’s commercial center. Here, clients can discover historic landmarks and partake in a cooking class. In the Mekong Delta, sampan tours allow clients to explore the floating markets and villages. Tours visit a catfish farm and the Cham Muslim community.
Clients disembark along Phnom Penh’s river promenade for a tour of the capital city and have the option to book Trails of Indochina’s signature product, Phnom Phen with an Expert tour, which offers expert insights into the city’s important sights.
The ship then follows the Tonle Sap River where clients have the opportunity to walk through local villages, visit a floating school, take a motorbike excursion, see the wetlands, floating houses and more. The journey ends in Siem Reap where clients can explore the temples of Angkor.
