Air France has unveiled its new La Premiere first-class cabin experience. The redesigned luxury cabin will feature four suites, each measuring almost 38 square feet (nearly 3.5 square meters), to be gradually introduced on select Boeing 777-300ER aircraft beginning this spring.

The new cabin design, developed over three years, includes five windows per suite — a feature exclusive to Air France. Each suite offers a seat and a chaise longue that converts into a full bed. The redesigned space offers 25% more room compared to the current cabin.

"The launch of our new La Premiere experience is a major step in our strategic roadmap," said Benjamin Smith, president of Air France and CEO of Air France-KLM Group. "We continue to invest in state-of-the-art products for our customers at every step of their journey, with the aim of positioning Air France at the highest level worldwide. With a new private ground experience at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and a completely redesigned, larger-than-ever La Premiere suite onboard, this new experience truly is the highest expression of travel … Going forward, we will make this new product available on more aircraft to other destinations, a testament to our commitment to excellence."

The suites feature floor-to-ceiling curtains for privacy, while center cabin suites include an electric sliding partition for travelers wanting to share space. Seats adjust to different phases of the flight for “optimal comfort,” including during takeoff and landing, for dining and for relaxation. The cabin features fine materials including full-grain leather and plush wool, as well as floor-level storage by way of sliding drawers. A personal compartment with a backlit mirror is available, plus an individual wardrobe.

Technology enhancements include two 32-inch 4K screens per suite offering more than 1,500 hours of entertainment, noise-canceling headphones, Bluetooth connectivity, electrical outlets, USB ports, wireless charging, dedicated phone/tablet holders and complimentary Wi-Fi. A new ultra-high-speed connectivity service will be introduced fleet-wide beginning summer 2025.

The first aircraft equipped with the new La Premiere cabin will service the New York-JFK to Paris-Charles de Gaulle route this spring, with Los Angeles, Singapore and Tokyo-Haneda routes to be added during summer 2025. Currently, La Premiere is available from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Abidjan (Cote d’Ivoire), Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo-Haneda and Washington.
