In an effort to better leverage its travel partner relationships, Azamara has unveiled a new Azamara Alliance trade program for travel advisors.
The new program — which includes the new Versonix Seaware Touch Booking reservation platform, an enhanced Azamara Connect portal and a bolstered contact center — is the brand’s way of “focusing on mutual success, shared commitment and a true sense of teamwork,” according to a press release from the line.
A priority in this new chapter for Azamara is to provide our valued travel partners with the best support and the most efficient experience possible.
“A priority in this new chapter for Azamara is to provide our valued travel partners with the best support and the most efficient experience possible,” said Michelle Lardizabal, chief sales officer, North America of Azamara. “With the launch of our Azamara Alliance program, it is our mission to develop opportunities to support our travel partners and equip them with the tools, so we succeed together.”
Azamara will also present live training sessions in January 2023 to bring agents up to speed with the new set of tools and technologies of Azamara Alliance, which are outlined below:
- Refreshed Azamara Connect Trade Portal: The trade portal itself has been overhauled to emphasize on-demand procurement of imagery, promos, marketing templates and other sales tools.
- Versonix Seaware Touch Booking Platform: Accessible via Azamara Connect, the booking engine streamlines functionality with a holistic view of every trip component, including FIT reservations, back-to-back and combination sailings, as well as flights, shore excursions, onboard packages and more.
- Expanded Contact Center: By doubling its amount of support agents and integrating more efficient systems, Azamara will be more responsive in providing faster service, including callbacks.
