A new partnership between Azamara and Versonix Seaware hopes to simplify the sales process for travel agents when it launches in 2023.
The software company’s integrated platform works with cruise lines to maximizes efficiency via sales, marketing and other revenue yield management.

Versonix Seaware already supports bookings for more than 20 million passengers and 100 international ships every year. Versonix’s approach is customer-centric for seamless online travel agency, global distribution system, business-to-business, business-to-customer and contact center transactions.

Before the new system rolls out, travel agents currently enrolled with Azamara will receive updated login details and be able to participate in training.
