Ahead of its 2025 debut Alaska season from Seattle and inaugural Caribbean schedule out of Miami, Cunard’s 2,000-passenger Queen Elizabeth has introduced the Wellness at Sea program, developed in partnership with Harper’s Bazaar.
As part of a refurbishment completed in March, many of Queen Elizabeth’s signature spaces were refreshed and updated, including the Commodore Club, the Queen's Room and the Garden Lounge. The Pavilion Wellness Cafe was also added, after debuting earlier this year on Cunard’s newest ship, Queen Anne.

The wellness-focused cafe serves a plant-forward menu, including 26 vegan options, as well as dishes featuring sustainably sourced meat, fish and dairy; health-focused smoothies; fresh-pressed juices; and “Health Shots” such as ginger, orange and cinnamon or pineapple, turmeric and black pepper.
Also new to Queen Elizabeth is the Harper’s Bazaar Wellness at Sea program — first introduced on Queen Anne — featuring three different three-day wellness packages specifically designed for relaxation, energy restoration or recovery.
“At Harper’s Bazaar, luxury is literally our ethos, so, the [Wellness at Sea Program] combines Cunard’s expertise in travel with our expertise in luxury,” said Katie Intner, beauty and commerce editor for Harper’s Bazaar.
Wellness at Sea
Cunard’s new Wellness at Sea program features curated packages consisting of signature fitness and spa experiences, from yoga and acupuncture to bamboo massages and healing facials. While all passengers can access elements of the program on their own, the three expert-curated “journeys” provide a combination of experiences designed to work together.
Intner notes that Wellness at Sea not only allows clients to stay on track with any existing wellness goals, but also provides opportunities to try new things, “whether it’s a great smoothie recipe or bringing the program’s [Elemis] products home.”

Reflexology, assisted stretching and aqua therapy are included in all three.
“When you look at a menu, you always go for the chicken because it’s something you know,” said Johane Moller, the spa director onboard Queen Elizabeth. “So, this program is great to introduce guests to new services and treatments; it’s something they wouldn’t necessarily try, but this is a great opportunity for them to enjoy it.”
A week-long Wellness at Sea Voyage onboard Queen Anne will take place July 5-12, 2026, featuring wellness activities, fitness classes, spa treatments and expert-led talks.
Enhanced Grills Experience
Clients staying in the ship’s exclusive Grills-level Suites will notice enhanced interiors and furnishings. But also new to Queen Elizabeth following her refurbishment is an elevated Grills dining experience, featuring an exclusive, three-course Gala Evening menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux, which is now featured across the Cunard fleet.

I’m incredibly fond of my partnership with Cunard and I’m really excited to continue this luxury collaboration in 2025.”
Queen Elizabeth’s Caribbean season marks the first time a Cunard ship will home port in Miami, with itineraries ranging from nine to 21 nights. The ship begins its Caribbean season Oct. 16, with a 12-night round-trip sailing from Miami with calls in San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. John's, Antigua; Castries, St. Lucia; Bridgetown, Barbados; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; and Road Town, Tortola.
“[Queen Elizabeth’s] transformation marks an exciting new chapter for Cunard,” said Katie McAlister, president of Cunard. “Inspired by the beauty of these extraordinary destinations, the ship’s revitalization seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern comforts, creating an unparalleled guest experience.”
