Explora Journeys has launched the second phase of its Explora Club loyalty program, introducing online points access and expanding its status match program to include Oceania Cruises guests. Members can now view their points balance and loyalty status through their My Explora Account on explorajourneys.com. The program awards points for every night sailed, eligible onboard purchases and Destination Experience bookings.

The cruise line's latest status match addition brings the total number of eligible brands to 11.

"This enhancement comes directly in response to guest feedback, with strong demand for Oceania's inclusion,"  the company said in an announcement.

Travelers holding status with any eligible programs can match to the equivalent Explora Club level by providing proof of status, accessing benefits from their first cruise.

Explora Club operates on a five-level structure: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Classic-level members receive member offers, early access to new journeys and a dedicated online members area. Silver-level and above includes birthday gifts, future journey savings, priority assistance and cocktail receptions with onboard leadership. Gold level adds special turndown service surprises and complimentary laundry services. Platinum-level members receive Journey Experience Credit and bridge tours. Diamond-level benefits include a complimentary journey for two, private transfers and suite upgrades, personal shopping advice and curated President Journeys and Chef's Kitchen experiences.

The program includes what the company describes as "thoughtful touches," such as birthday gifts, exclusive savings and rewards, pre-journey privileges, hosted events and enhanced onboard services.

For travel advisors, the program offers another selling point for clients seeking recognition and exclusive benefits. The loyalty program launched initially in April 2025, with this second phase expanding digital access and cross-brand recognition opportunities. Guests not yet enrolled can join the program to begin accessing privileges including onboard events, savings, gifts and elevated services designed to personalize each journey.
