Regent Seven Seas Is Starting an Air Concierge Program With Personalized Flight Planning

Regent Seven Seas Is Starting an Air Concierge Program With Personalized Flight Planning

Regent Seven Seas Cruises is rolling out a new air program called Air Concierge on April 1, aimed at guests in the United States and Canada who want their flight arrangements to match the personalization of their onboard experience.

The program replaces the line's existing Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare pricing option for those markets and connects guests with a dedicated team of specialists who handle airline selection, cabin class, routing, seating and travel dates on an individualized basis. Airfare is priced in real time at the moment arrangements are confirmed, rather than locked in months ahead of departure as is common with traditional cruise air programs.

"This program expands the meaning of the unrivaled Regent experience by offering a more personalized, flexible and confidence-driven approach to air travel," said Wesley D'Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. "Our guests place great value on seamless experiences from the moment they begin their journey, and Air Concierge has been crafted to meet that expectation with dedicated expertise, greater choice and benefits that truly reflect the Regent standard. We look forward to supporting our guests and Travel Partners with a program that elevates every detail of the journey."

How early a guest can engage the Air Concierge team depends on suite category and loyalty tier. Guests in Concierge Suites and above, along with Seven Seas Society Platinum-level members and higher, may begin the process 270 days before sailing. Those in Serenity Suites and below, or at the Gold loyalty level and below, have access starting 240 days out.

Getting started requires a deposit of $125 per guest, capped at $250 per suite. If the guest accepts the itinerary put forward by the Air Concierge team, the deposit is applied to the airfare total. If not, it automatically converts to a shipboard credit.

Guests who book through the program also receive up to $500 per suite in complimentary Blacklane private chauffeur credits, usable from 10 days before the voyage through 10 days after its conclusion. Complimentary coach transfers between the airport and the ship are included on embarkation and disembarkation days only.
