Riviera Travel has announced plans to introduce its first-ever Mekong riverboat in 2027. The brand-new Riviera Alba is set to sail the line’s fresh “Vietnam, Cambodia and Mekong River Cruise” itinerary.

“Riviera Travel has always been rooted in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, providing unmatched service and endless opportunities for discovery, so this is a natural evolution for us,” said Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel. “Our expansion to the Mekong brings our personal, award-winning approach to one of the world’s most enchanting rivers. We are excited to invite our returning guests, along with travelers who have yet to experience our product, to join us on this incredible journey.”

Private Accommodations and Public Spaces

The intimate Riviera Alba will accommodate up to 50 guests in 25 suites. Other public venues will extend to a main restaurant (which will offer a mix of international and Asian cuisine), a lounge bar, a separate coffee and tea lounge, a library, a spa and a sun deck with a pool and whirlpool.

Stops and points of interest along the way will include Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Altogether, there will be 14 expert-guided experiences bundled in.
